That's Ben and Sevi when they were little. They have been best of buds since they were born.

Ben's Mom is a good friend of mine and was in a bad car accident yesterday with both of her children in the car. Her and her two kids are ok, but her BMW is probably totalled. They were on their way home from her daughter's 5th Birthday Party that we were suppose to be at but missed since we are all sick.

My heart sank when I heard about Shannon. I felt so helpless and worried when I heard they had to do a CT on Ben, her 2 year old. But he is ok. The car that hit them hit them on his side of the vehicle and rolled it a couple of times. The kids had to be pulled out of the back window because they could not flip the car over or open the doors. They are so lucky.

Shannon swears by her Britax car seats now and I have say I am in agreeance with her. Julia is in a Britax booster but we are seriously thinking of a 5-point harness for her now. This just proved it for us.
