We have saftey latches on our toilets. We put them there when Sevi was going through a "play in the toilet" phase. She has since passed that but we have left them on for Keira. Sevi knows how to open them now that she is potty trained, obviously. Well, that is what she hit her head on on her way off the toilet. The toilet safety latch. Go figure. We try to protect our kids and they still manage to get hurt.
