Something About Mary

Let's talk breast augmentation. Is that the right word? Not necessarily breast implants, but breast beutification.

I have "Something About Mary" breasts. Ever see that movie? With the old lady who tans all the time with the dog. Her saggy icky breasts.

Since I am getting ready to wean and be done with nursing and having children I am ready to focus on me and "the girls". And I don't mean my children.

Has anyone had work done on their breasts after nursing or being done having kids? What did it involve? I have heard to lift the breast up off you stomach and get them back on your chest, you HAVE to get implants. Is this true.

I have done research and it seems that doing a "lift" is actually much more expensive and leaves more scars. Also, something about removing the nipple and moving it. Um, no thanks.

I want to take back the breasts from the kids and hand them over to Steven.

So Steve and I have discussed it. He has agreed to support me in my decision to do this. I am pretty sure I am going to get a breast enlargement. He seems happy with my choice but has asked me not to go Pamela Anderson on him. I agreed that is not what I want.

After further discussions, I came up with a goal and he has agreed to help push me to it. I have to lose 46 pounds before I can have this done. And not just lose it, but keep it off. So we have set August 1st as my official start date. I plan to become very serious about my weight loss and my eating habits. I am also going to get my butt into the gym at least 3 days a week.

I am very excited about this. I have always wanted "different" breasts but since having kids and nursing I *need* different breasts. LOL And I need to lose this weight. So it is a win/win situation.
